                                               CALORIES OUT AND REMAIN SHAPED .

At LIBERATION FITNESS CLUB we respect and value our members alot and this brings us to celebrates all our members whose birthdays falls in a particular month at the last saturday of that month , this has been our style and culture .

But before the party begins , we first embark on our uncompromising workout class sweat it off .

Then party time to celebrant our special people for the month , the birthday celebrants .

This month of june birthday party was a very special one as we celebrants two of our Hons and a lovely sister........it was a total blaster .
