OCTOBER BIRTHDAY CELEBRANTS
It was another memorable moment on Saturday morning 20th of October in (LFC) as we celebrated two of our actives members who celebrated their birthday ( Mummy Mrs Tobin West and Miss Sarafina) but before the party was the workout sections of 1st and second class as headed by the chief coach ( coach Sam and coach Bright ) afterwards come the party , it was very colorful and fun filled now sit back and enjoy the glits......

INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION WITH LFC
It is another October 1st our dear country ( Nigeria ) Independence day celebration as we celebrate 58 yrs of Independence we at (LFC) matched out in the streets of portharcourt to join the good people of Nigerians to celebrate it was a great walk for life and fitness excise , There were alot to drink as we also celebrate our September bday celebrants and d launching of our new workout equipments now the glitz and glamour of the event .
