SPECIAL INDEPENDENCE DAY FITNESS PARADE 2019

This year 2019 NIGERIAN Independence day celebration was a classic one as the celebration was matched with fitness parade, right here in PORT HARCOURT RIVERS STATE some selected fitness club were chosen to grace the occasion of which our prestigious fitness club ( LFC) was one of them , trust our head coach (SAM) he was at his best to make sure that LFC delivers to expectations and definitely the aim was archived . The match took off as early as 6:am we took off from elekahia stadium to Garrison then straight down to Rumuola to air Force junction and entered stadium Rd end up at stadium where it all started and finally the fun began alots of food  to eat and drink , sit back and enjoy the glitz and glamour of the green white green event .
