INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION WITH LFC

It is another October 1st our dear country ( Nigeria ) Independence day celebration as we celebrate 58 yrs of Independence we at (LFC) matched out in the streets of portharcourt to join the good people of Nigerians to celebrate it was a great walk for life and fitness excise , There were alot to drink as we also celebrate our September bday celebrants and d launching of our new workout equipments now the glitz and glamour of the event .

SPECIAL JULY BIRTHDAY CELEBRANTS

IT WAS YET ANOTHER WONDERFUL MORNING OF SERIOUS WORKOUT BUT IT WAS NOT JUST AN ORDINARY WORKOUT SECTION BECAUSE OUR HEAD INSTRUCTOR WAS TO CELEBRATE HIS BDAY WITH OUR JNR COACH HIS LITTLE SON .

AS USUAL THE MORNING STARTED WITH THE INTENSIVE 1ST CLASS WHICH ENDED WITH PRAYERS.

AT THE OF THE FIRST CLASS , IT WAS TIME FOR THE SPECIAL BDAY CELEBRATION OF OUR HEAD COACH ( COACH SAM ) AND HIS SON JNR COACH (ANIEKA) EVERYBODY WAS IN THE RIGHT MOOD FOR FUN .

THE DJ WAS NOT AN EXCEPTION 

A LOT OF MEMBERS TURNED FOR THE SPECIAL BDAY CELEBRATION AND INDEED IT WAS I GREAT ONE , NOW ENJOY THE GLITS AND GLAMOUR OF THE EVEN .

THE KIDS WERE NOT LEFT OUT 

THERE WERE SO MUCH TO EAT AND DRINK .

IT WAS GREAT FUN .

                                               CALORIES OUT AND REMAIN SHAPED .

At LIBERATION FITNESS CLUB we respect and value our members alot and this brings us to celebrates all our members whose birthdays falls in a particular month at the last saturday of that month , this has been our style and culture .

But before the party begins , we first embark on our uncompromising workout class sweat it off .

Then party time to celebrant our special people for the month , the birthday celebrants .

This month of june birthday party was a very special one as we celebrants two of our Hons and a lovely sister........it was a total blaster .
